Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously.
* Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
* Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system.
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
* Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation standards.
* Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
* Deliver checks and process bill payments.
* Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Positive attitude and team player.
