Accountancy Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, with excellent knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
* Prepare and review year-end accounts, management accounts, and financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
* Provide strategic business advice to clients, helping them with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all their financial needs.
* Identify and implement efficiency improvements, both internally and for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualifications: ACA/ACCA-qualified, with a strong practice background.
* Experience: Demonstrable experience working in an accountancy practice, managing multiple clients and delivering comprehensive services.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in accountancy software such as Xero, Quick Books, or Sage, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Compliance Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax legislation, and compliance requirements.
