Design Coordinator Role
The primary function of this position is to oversee the entire design process, from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless coordination and monitoring of design development.
* Facilitate productive design team meetings by chairing and managing them effectively.
* Oversee the design of facade systems, encompassing curtain walling, cladding, glazing, and brickwork.
Requirements:
* Excellent people management and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
* A high level of IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD, is required.
* Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and specifications is a must.
