Accounts Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our organization on a part-time, permanent basis, working 3.5 days per week.
The Role
* Provide financial support and administration services across a wide range of accounting functions.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with payroll preparation, and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations.
* Take responsibility for VAT, VIES and Intrastat returns, monthly accounts, and bank reconciliations, as well as supporting auditors and assisting with budget management.
About You
* A qualified accounts technician or a part-qualified accountant, with at least four years experience.
* Excellent bookkeeping and financial analysis skills.
* A high level of exposure to IT systems, specifically Sage 50.
* Confidence, diligence and self-motivation.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.

As an experienced Accounts Administrator, you will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
