Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Answer and manage calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
* Welcome customers to the showroom and provide initial product information with confidence
* Book appointments and jobs (installations, surveys, service calls) efficiently and effectively
* Process deposits and payments accurately and promptly
* Assist with sales follow-ups and quotations as needed
* Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative systems with high attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
* 1+ year experience in customer service, administration, or retail
* Excellent phone manner and email communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confident handling bookings and payments with minimal supervision
* Proficient with computers (Microsoft Office/CRM systems)
* Experience in heating, plumbing, trade counter, or a similar industry is an advantage

Location & Hours:
Based at our Bray showroom (near N11/M50) with Monday to Friday working hours and occasional Saturday cover supporting customers across Wicklow & Dublin.
