The Company Secretary Administrator will work closely with company secretaries, partners and associates on funds-related matters.
* Prepare board packs using Diligent or PDF documents
* Coordinate meetings including managing logistics like room setup and catering.
Fundamental responsibilities include coordinating events such as meetings, maintaining organized records for important files and providing efficient communication between teams. Develop strong working relationships with the team to ensure seamless collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Please prepare comprehensive information packages suitable for key stakeholders.
* Please manage meeting arrangements ensuring that all relevant parties are involved from initial planning to post-event follow-up.
* Please contribute to document management services where documentation needs may arise at short notice.
