Store Operations Manager
Main Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the efficient and effective operation of a retail store, ensuring that employees consistently provide excellent customer service and maintain a high-quality food offering. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales and profitability targets must be met through effective management of personnel and operations.
