Overview
We are working with a fast-growing technology company operating in the autonomous systems and aviation space. They are expanding their software engineering team and are now seeking an experienced Software Engineer to work on large-scale, mission‑critical backend systems that directly support real‑world operations.
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of core backend services used to manage real‑time systems and operational workflows. You'll work closely with cross‑functional engineering and operations teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a high‑reliability environment.
Requirements
Strong professional experience building backend or systems software in production environments
Proficiency in C++
Python experience beneficial
Experience designing and owning services within distributed or real‑time systems
Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Proven ability to take ownership of features or subsystems
Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills
Coming from a Robotics, Automotive or Aerospace background is a large advantage
