Réalta Technologies is seeking an Automation Engineer with 3-5 years experience to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have good GMP knowledge and some technical automation experience ideally with Studio 5000. They also need to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs.
* Utilize and implement automation and control strategies.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Develop and execute automation test plans to ensure system reliability and performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Document and maintain accurate records of automation processes, configurations, and changes.
* Provide technical support and training to end users as needed.
Requirements
* 3‑5 years experience as an Automation Engineer, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
* Expertise in Allen‑Bradley/Rockwell systems including programming and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with industry standards such as GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11.
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and multitask effectively.
* Experience in packaging and filling lines would be advantageous.
