Deliver and facilitate Foundation Safety Intervention training in a classroom setting. Provide Safety Intervention support training aligned with operational needs. Prepare and maintain all training documentation related to Safety Intervention. Serve as a point of contact and support for staff on all Safety Intervention training matters. Deliver and facilitate classroom-based training requirements across the organisation. Support the implementation of the New Employee Induction process. Assist in the coordination of the Management Development Programme. Maintain and update Training & Development records and assist with scheduling training events. Prepare all relevant Training & Development documentation. Act as a central contact and support for staff on all training matters. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all staff information. Skills Requirement Experience in adult learning and training delivery Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and manage groups effectively Familiarity with e-learning tools and virtual training platforms Strong organizational and planning abilities Collaborative, adaptable, and professional approach Desirable: Train the Trainer certification Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the healthcare sector Full clean driving licence #Nua1 To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
