Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead commercial and enterprise sales across the Republic of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electronic security systems sales, with the ability to manage complex, multi-region accounts and deliver scalable enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and enterprise sectors across ROI
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Present and demonstrate a broad portfolio of electronic security solutions to key stakeholders
* Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and solution design through to contract negotiation and handover
* Maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
* Provide regular reporting on pipeline development, sales performance, and market trends
Required Experience & Skills:
* Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience in electronic security systems within the Republic of Ireland
* Demonstrable experience selling enterprise-level solutions (e.g. integrated systems, networked platforms, large-scale deployments)
* Strong understanding of the electronic security market including access control, CCTV, intruder detection, and remote monitoring
* Track record of customer and account management across multiple regions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive strategic sales initiatives
Desirable Qualifications:
* Relevant certifications or training in electronic security or IT systems
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in Ireland
