Role Description:
The Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and optimizing the movement of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain. This position ensures the smooth execution of logistics operations, supporting efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness throughout the end-to-end supply process. The coordinator will oversee daily logistics activities, monitor inventory levels, manage transportation schedules, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing warehouse operations, tracking orders, and resolving logistics issues in real time. The coordinator will analyze transportation data, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. This role also involves preparing and maintaining documentation related to shipping, customs, compliance, and inventory management. Working closely with suppliers, carriers, and distribution centers, the coordinator ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

* 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, or transportation management.

* Proficiency with ERP systems, transportation management software (TMS), and Microsoft Office tools.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on process improvement.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and logistics providers.
* Knowledge of international shipping procedures, trade compliance, and documentation is an advantage.
