Turner & Townsend is undergoing a major transformation across Europe, aligning teams, systems, and ways of working into a more integrated operating model.
A dedicated regional team is driving this change, including the rollout of new processes and systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365.
As the programme progresses, this role will support implementation, coordination, and user adoption across multiple countries in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Purpose
The role is responsible for post‑Go‑Live adoption tracking across all changes within the Europe Integration Programme, covering all projects and migration streams. This includes monitoring and analysing local compliance, interpreting adoption scores, identifying gaps, and capturing lessons learned to inform continuous, agile‑driven improvements. The role will work closely with country teams and project leads to ensure changes are effectively embedded, risks are surfaced early, and behaviours align with the expected future‑state processes.
Core Responsibilities
Track adoption of all changes across European markets, ensuring new processes, systems, and ways of working are embedded effectively.
Analyze Adoption Data & Compliance
Review behavioural and process‑compliance indicators, interpret adoption scores, and identify patterns, root causes, and risk areas requiring intervention.
Conduct structured gap analyses and capture lessons learned from each wave, migration or project rollout to feed into agile development cycles.
Drive Local Compliance & Behaviour Change
Partner with country teams to strengthen adherence to future‑state processes and ensure alignment with programme standards.
Translate insights into actionable improvements, contributing to iterative enhancements of training, communications and change interventions.
Engage with Project & Migration Teams
Collaborate with cross‑functional project leads to ensure adoption activities align with programme milestones and integration goals.
Provide Reporting & Insights to Leadership
Deliver clear, data‑driven adoption reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders, surfacing risks early and proposing mitigation actions.
Champion Change & Integration Readiness
Act as a change ambassador across Europe, supporting readiness checks, stakeholder engagement and local change networks.
Maintain Governance & Standards
Ensure consistent tracking methodologies, adoption definitions and change practices across all European markets.
Preferred Sector or Environment
Experience in large multinational organisations, professional services, consulting firms or matrixed environments.
Strong exposure to enterprise‑level transformation programmes, system implementations (e.g., ERP, D365) or M&A/integration initiatives.
Familiarity with data‑driven change, business process optimisation and agile delivery environments.
Professional Experience
5–7 years of experience in change management, transformation, benefits realisation, PMO/analytics or operational excellence roles.
Proven track record supporting or leading adoption, compliance or behaviour‑change initiatives across multiple countries or business units.
Demonstrated experience driving compliance programmes, embedding new processes and identifying/managing local deviations.
Education & Technical Skills
Degree in Management, Economics, Data Analytics or Project Management (or equivalent).
Preferred certifications/skills include Power BI, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma or similar.
