Site Agent - Project Manager
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise the work of site staff, operatives, and sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Liaise and correspond with clients and client representatives to facilitate successful delivery of projects and build relationships.
3. Determine required resources (manpower, plant, equipment, subcontractors, materials) from commencement stage through to completion while considering budgetary constraints.
