Accounts Technician We are seeking a proactive Accounts Technician to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and wider accounts support. This company offers a 4 day work week and is located in South Wicklow. For You: 4 day work week (37.5 hours) Full-time permanent role. 30-35k DOE. Located in South Wicklow, with parking. Brand new office environment. Key Responsibilities: Invoice and PO matching with follow-up on discrepancies. Preforming bank reconciliations. Preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., VAT, PAYE). Processing vendor payments and maintaining supplier records. Monitoring and reporting on client rent schedules. Performing general bookkeeping duties, including journals and ledgers. Assisting with or running and preparing payroll processing. Requirements: Practice experience. Accounting technician qualification or similar. 2+ years experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Surf, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
