Responsibilities
1. Full cycle recruitment looking after advertising platforms & other talent pipelines as required.
2. Scheduling & templating visits
3. Actively source and qualify candidates
4. Maintaining strong relationships in the market
5. Working to improve recruitment efficiency
6. Answering phone queries from service users and staff members;
7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information;
8. General computer tasks;
9. Any adhoc duties required.
Qualifications
10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
11. Quota or goal oriented
12. Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
13. Team player
14. Must have computer skills
15. Must be honest, reliable and professional
16. Must have a WORK PERMIT
17. Must have experience in an office setting
18. Rostering/scheduling experience desirable
19. Recruitment experience desirable
