The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for the implementation of daily and weekly programmes, including issuing programme details to sub-contractors. This role also involves attending weekly management team meetings for the Construction team, maintaining a site diary, recording resource levels, and documenting all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing and managing daily and weekly construction programmes
* Issuing programme details to sub-contractors
* Attending weekly management team meetings
* Maintaining a comprehensive site diary, including resource levels and site activity records
* Compiling labour allocation sheets and assisting with plant and equipment control
* Coordinating and managing subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
* Ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety
* Dealing with health and safety issues on site and motivating labourers and sub-contractors to achieve optimal performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Carpentry skills and experience in finishing works
