The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial law, contract negotiation and drafting, and litigation management. Required Skills and Qualifications * Qualified solicitor with at least 5+ years' post qualification experience working in a commercial environment. * Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with a solid understanding of software agreements. * Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision. * Ability to work to very tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to sales and the wider team on all aspects of contractual relationships including drafting, review, negotiation and finalisation of contracts.
