The Rehabilitative Training Programme aims to equip learners with skills for personal, social, and vocational development. Our goal is to support individuals in making informed choices and progressing towards greater independence and integration.
As an Instructor, you will work closely with our programme, focusing on providing tailored support to individuals with varying needs and abilities. This includes experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), physical and sensory difficulties, behavioural difficulties, and mental health challenges.
The programme emphasizes supporting individuals in making their own independent choices. Key working and individualized action plans are crucial components of this role, requiring strong communication and teamworking skills.
We seek a highly motivated and skilled individual who can demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality training. The ideal candidate will have a 3rd level qualification in Education and Training or a related field, as well as specific training qualifications such as Train the Trainer.
