Job Description Due to continued growth, our client, a fast-growing, technology-driven organisation has a requirement for a recently qualified accountant to take ownership of projects including systems, consolidation and FP&A. With operations across multiple countries and recognition for innovation and performance, the company offers a dynamic, high-growth environment backed by private equity. Key responsibilities will include: Finance Systems Optimisation: Enhance consolidation, reporting automation, and multi-currency functionality within the groups finance system. Forecasting Model Build: Develop dynamic financial forecasting tools and evaluate FP&A software integrations. Entity Simplification: Support group structure rationalisation and dormant entity closures. Audit & Compliance: Document financial processes and strengthen internal controls. Acquisition Integration: Assist with post-acquisition financial and systems alignment. All the while working closely with group FD and finance team on day-to-day finance function responsibilities. Requirements for this Role Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA, 02 years PQE). Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency accounting. Strong financial modelling and Excel skills. Exposure to financial systems (e.g., AccountsIQ, Power BI) an advantage. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving processes.
