Key Responsibilities
Assist HVAC Engineers with the installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Support with general site duties including lifting, carrying, and positioning equipment and materials.
Assist with pipework, bracket installation, basic cabling and other mechanical tasks under supervision.
Prepare tools, materials and work areas to ensure efficient installation work.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site at all times.
Follow health and safety procedures and site requirements.
Work collaboratively with engineers, site managers and other trades on-site.
Learn and develop skills in HVAC installation with a view to progressing in the role.
What We Look For
Required – Previous experience in construction, general labouring or a similar hands-on role.
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Good awareness of health and safety on construction sites.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a site-based environment.
Desirable – Interest in pursuing a career in HVAC or mechanical trades.
Desirable – Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
Desirable – Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or mechanical work.
Desirable – Full, clean Irish driving licence.
