We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef for an exciting opportunity within a corporate catering environment near Cork City Centre.
This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, providing a great work-life balance in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced corporate catering environment
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet high-quality standards
Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food hygiene regulations
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth daily operations
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations effectively
Experience in corporate or high-volume catering is a plus

Salary: €50,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours – offering excellent work-life balance.
