The Company
Wrights of Marino was founded in Dublin 1904. We are a family run Irish Business employing over 50 people.
We have an immediate requirement for a number of Retail Sales Assistants, to join a busy team and assist with running the shop in Marino. This is a fixed term contract initially for 11 months with a view to extend.
Weekly working hours will be hours per week over 6 days.
Additional hours may be required to be worked on an occasional basis.
MAIN DUTIES

Ensure that visitors receive courteous, friendly, and professional assistance at all times.
Seek and strive for excellence in all customer interactions.
Ensure all cash and credit transactions are carried out accurately.
Carry out visual merchandising and stock replenishment, as required.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent Organizational skills.
Previous retail experience.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
An ability to sell and interact with customers.
Experience of cash and credit card handling procedures.
A team player who is flexible and willing to work in different areas if required.
A positive (can do) attitude
Desirable
Energetic and proactive personality when approaching to customers.
Ideally previous retail experience.
Reliability, hard work and customer focus.
Work on own initiative.
No seafood experience necessary as full training given.
Schedule
Monday to Saturday (Roster Schedule 5 days & overtime available)
Sunday & bank holidays closed
