Excel Recruitment is seeking an Accounts Administrator for our client who specialises in the retail and fashion industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong reconciliation skills and payroll experience to join a dynamic team in Dublin. This is a full time permanent position.
Responsibilities
1. Process and reconcile sales and purchase invoices
2. Perform daily cash receipts reconciliation
3. Maintain and update stock records
4. Support accounts and marketing departments with general admin tasks
5. Monitor debtor days and assist with debt collection
6. Generate sales invoices and purchase orders
7. Manage accounts payable and receivable
8. Assist with payroll processing
9. Contribute to the smooth running of the office
10. Prepare ad hoc financial and administrative reports
Requirements
11. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts administration
12. Strong reconciliation skills across multiple accounts
13. Payroll experience is a distinct advantage
14. Proficient in MS Word and Excel
15. Familiarity with accounting software packages
16. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
17. Positive team player with strong communication skills
18. Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
