Job Description
The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support nursing staff in delivering excellent care standards
* Develop relationships with residents by learning their interests and needs, providing individualised support and companionship
* Promote mobility and assist with daily living tasks to maintain residents' independence
* Contribute to social activities and maintain effective communication with residents' families
Requirements:
* Qualification in Healthcare (e.g. FETAC/QQI Level 5)
* Experience working in a healthcare environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexibility in availability
