This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating safer environments and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Champion safety culture and lead initiatives. Analyse incident data and develop prevention strategies. Attend and investigate incidents; produce reports for learning. Coordinate risk assessments and respond to safety concerns. Represent the company at public forums and stakeholder meetings. Organise Anti-Social Behaviour Task Force meetings. Deliver incident management training and support operations. Collaborate on safety campaigns and technology rollouts. Maintain safety documentation and support compliance systems. Essential Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Stakeholder engagement and relationship building. Report writing and data analysis experience. Proven track record in safety campaigns and meeting KPIs. Desirable: Creative skills for safety materials. Experience in transport or incident investigation. Attributes: Solution-focused and proactive. Supportive leadership and mentoring.
