Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement effective psychological interventions tailored to individual needs, providing holistic assessment and direct support to service users and staff.
* Relevant Master's and/or Doctorate-level professional qualification in Psychology recognized by the relevant authority
* Chartered membership (or eligible for) with a reputable Psychological Society
* At least 3 years' experience in Learning Disability/Autism/Mental Health/Physical or Sensory Disability
In this role, you will provide guidance and support to staff, designing and delivering training to ensure best practice in mental health, education, and rehabilitation. You will work closely with service users and staff to identify personal goals and learning needs, and contribute to intake assessments.
