Overview
What is the opportunity? This role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the effectiveness, stability, and evolution of Group Procurements core systems and processes most notably the Coupa platform. The role supports both day-to-day operational excellence and longer-term process and system enhancements, making it ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Procurement Systems, Process Improvement, or SME pathway.
Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst is responsible for administering and optimising the Coupa procurement system to ensure efficient, compliant, and user-friendly procurement operations. The Senior Analyst provides analytical insights and contributes to procurement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall value.

Essential Experience

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Coupa certification or experience highly desirable
Technical Expertise
Exposure to multiple Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, SIM, Sourcing, Analytics)
Experience with procurement projects, UAT, or process mapping
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Experience maintaining SharePoint or procurement website

What will make you stand out
Analytical skills are central to this role, including the ability to conduct detailed spend analysis and interpret data to support informed decision-making. This is complemented by strong proficiency in Excel and various data visualisation tools, enabling clear and effective presentation of insights.
A solid foundation in procurement is also essential. This includes an understanding of sourcing processes, supplier onboarding, and end-to-end P2P operations, as well as familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements that guide responsible procurement practices.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities are key, particularly the ability to communicate clearly and deliver training effectively across different groups. Building productive relationships and ensuring alignment with business needs are important aspects of the role.
Project management experience further supports success, especially when contributing to procurement-related initiatives. Strong organisational and time‑management skills help ensure tasks are prioritised effectively and projects progress smoothly.

Team and Working Conditions
Group Procurement is part of Shared Services within Enterprise Services. We facilitate the effective purchase of goods and services across the Bank, aiming to maximize value from our total spend while protecting against supplier risk.
This is a hybrid role based primarily at Baggot plaza, Dublin. Colleagues are typically required to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by the recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and the team.
We offer 23 days annual leave, excellent pension contributions, and support for work‑life balance.
