NapblogOS is an Enterprise Marketing Incubator Operating System designed for universities and institutional incubation centres. It replaces mentor-dependent incubation models with a system-driven execution, scoring, and certification framework. NapblogOS is being built as a production-grade platform with real-world deployment intent.
This internship is for individuals who want hands-on experience building a real product—not simulations, tutorials, or academic exercises.
Role Overview
As a Software Development Intern, you will work directly with the NapblogOS core team to design, build, and refine system components across product architecture, backend logic, and execution workflows. This is a high-ownership role focused on practical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development of NapblogOS core modules (execution engine, scoring logic, workflows).
* Assist in designing APIs, data schemas, and system architecture.
* Implement backend services, business logic, and integrations.
* Collaborate on translating product specifications into technical solutions.
* Participate in system reviews, iteration cycles, and documentation.
* Support testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
* Working knowledge of at least one backend language (e.g.,, Python, Java).
* Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
* Familiarity with APIs and system-based application design.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
* Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
* Experience with REST APIs or microservices.
* Exposure to system architecture or product-based development.
* Familiarity with Git/version control.
* Interest in SaaS platforms, incubators, or education technology.
