Senior - Private Credit Fund Accounting We are seeking an experienced Senior to join a Private Credit platform. This role will manage client deliverables, oversee fund administration, and act as a subject matter expert within a Geneva-based Private Credit environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end administration of Private Credit funds (direct lending, mezzanine, etc.) Deliver accurate and timely NAVs, investor reporting, and financial statements Act as a key contact for clients, auditors, and service providers Review complex transactions including loan activity, accruals, and fee calculations Support fund lifecycle events such as launches and liquidations Act as a Geneva SME, overseeing trade capture, valuations, income recognition, and period-end close Support system enhancements, onboarding, and issue resolution Manage and develop fund accounting team members and review work for accuracy Support workflow management, performance processes, and team oversight Drive process improvements, standardisation, and operational efficiencies Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements Support internal and external audits Skills & Experience Strong technical knowledge of Private Credit accounting Advanced Geneva expertise Solid understanding of fund operations and asset management Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and advanced Excel skills Requirements 2-3+ years' experience in Private Credit fund accounting Hands-on experience with the Geneva platform Degree in accounting, finance, or related field Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills Desirable Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) or in progress Experience with systems such as Investran or Yardi Experience in fund financial reporting Skills: Private credit private equity acca aca fund accounting Benefits: Work From Home
