The Accommodation Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by overseeing room presentation, public area standards, and daily housekeeping operations.
* Maintain accountability for cleanliness, presentation,
& overall condition across assigned areas
& oversee inventory usage Report defects or maintenance concerns promptly through designated internal platforms Complete assigned credits Adjusting as occupancy
& business needs dictate Ensure accurate start and finish times are captured
& validated for productivity alignment Support cost control by maintaining par levels Assist department managers Review performance requirements Lead by example supporting training initiatives Reinforce grooming
& service standards Guide team members in stocking trolleys Prepare work areas Follow operational requirements Remain flexible to support all housekeeping roles Contribute to team development Through coaching feedback & skill-building Uphold safety procedures Ensure correct use of chemicals Protective equipment Maintain immaculate conditions Throughout estate surroundings Champion consistency Adherence shift checklists SOP-driven processes The focus on sustainability Objectives waste segregation linen-discarding tracking Act communication bridge between leadership Housekeeping teams.
