Job Title: Line Maintenance Production Planner Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Line Maintenance Production Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will work in the aircraft maintenance department, supporting the maintenance of a fleet of aircraft.

The Line Maintenance Production Planner reports to the Line Maintenance Manager and works alongside the duty Airworthiness control engineer in the Operations Control Centre. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review all up and coming line schedule maintenance against the relevant manuals to ensure required parts, consumables, expendables, tooling, and equipment are added to the Workorder and in place prior to work commencing.

- Ensure manual access is available (CMM, AMM, etc.) and notify CAMO if an issue arises.

- Coordinate required manpower and NDT requirements, as well as borescope examinations. Feedback to the Planning Department to adjust planning accordingly.

- Review upcoming HILs against the Manual for Spares stock levels.

- Issue orders to move stock to maintain station stock levels.

- Ensure items required to support a HIL are available at the base location.

- Monitor Station parts alerts for consumables stock levels and adjust station requirements or move stock between bases as needed, notifying the Materials Department to replenish stock.

- Monitor Manpower and Manhours to ensure sufficient resources to complete planned tasks.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

- Ability to quickly interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Component Maintenance Manuals, and Structural Repair Manuals.

- Proven analytical skills and ability to make decisions independently.

- Proficiency in using Office applications and AMOS software (an advantage).

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude towards teamwork.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

- Eligibility to live and work in the EU.

- Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport and be able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure, including a 5-year background check, or possess a current airside pass for the airport where this position is based.

- Holder of an EASA/UK CAA Part 66 Licence
