Position Overview: A strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the Divisional IT project portfolio, managing a team of project managers, and ensuring successful delivery of critical initiatives. This hands-on role requires a dynamic leader who can orchestrate multiple workstreams while maintaining a strong focus on execution and value creation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex technology programs across multiple platforms, ensuring successful delivery and implementationDrive governance and oversight of the project portfolio, including strategic initiatives like Core Banking and Custody platform evaluations Oversee project initiation processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards Manage RFP processes for banking systems, ensuring thorough vendor evaluation and selection Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering professional growth and maintaining high performance standards Represent projects at the Portfolio Board, providing status updates and strategic insights Establish and maintain strong partnerships with IT Leadership, Development teams, Business stakeholders, and Divisional Management Team Lead high priority initiatives, providing hands-on management when requiredRequired Qualifications: 10+ years of project/program management experience in financial services IT Proven track record of leading complex banking technology implementations Strong understanding of banking operations and systems Experience managing and developing project management teams Professional certification in project management Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication Deep knowledge of project governance frameworks and best practicesKey Competencies: Strategic thinking and decision-making abilityStrong leadership and team motivation skillsExcellent communication and relationship building capabilities Detail-oriented with ability to maintain high-level strategic view Problem-solving and analytical skills Change management expertise Resilience and adaptability Our BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
