Drive excellent customer service by working with our Service Manager and Service Desk Co-Coordinators by utilising the Smartphone Apps to delivery completed maintenances on customer systems Accountable for all aspects of van stock, safety equipment and training, must be flexible in working out of hours and be presentable and professional in front of customers. Undertake planned maintenance work. To provide assistance to lead engineers where second person jobs are required Meet all Health, Safety and Quality requirements for self and ensure team member compliance.
