This is a key front-facing role responsible for the smooth and secure running of the hotel during the night.
The successful candidate will provide excellent guest service, handle late check-ins and early check-outs, and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all guests throughout the night.Key Responsibilities:Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-in/check-out proceduresMonitor the premises throughout the night to ensure guest safety and hotel securityHandle guest queries or requests professionally and efficientlySet up and service meeting rooms or function spaces as neededAssist with room service or late-night guest needs (e.g.
delivering extra linen, drinks, etc.
)Complete nightly audits and basic front office admin tasks (training provided)Prepare the hotel for the next day (e.g.
