We are presently looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM), for our clients based in Co. Kerry.
This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Nurses and Health Care Assistants and to play an integral and active role in making a significant contribution at the nursing home.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for all managerial nursing duties necessary to maintain the efficient running and working of the department.
2. Ensure that nursing care is planned, assessed, delivered and evaluated on an individual basis for each patient, by all members of the nursing team.
3. Ensure that agreed standards are practiced and maintained.
4. Any other duties or responsibilities appointed by the Director of Nursing.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2+ Years Experience working in a Nursing Managerial role either in a care centre or nursing home desirable.
2. Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or Management.
3. Understanding of HIQA regulations.
