Program Director
You will lead and direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a broader organizational transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate teams including Solution Architecture, Engineering, Business Analysis, Testing, and Business Readiness
* Develop, manage, and report on project budgets, charters, plans, risks, and resource requirements
* Ensure delivery against scope, time, cost, and quality metrics
* Engage and align with senior stakeholders across IT, Underwriting, Sales, and Finance
* Govern vendor and third-party contributions to project outcomes
* Provide clear reporting and risk management to leadership and steering groups
* Facilitate service transition and production readiness
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, ideally in large-scale transformation initiatives
* Proven track record in legacy system migration within a financial services environment
* Strong experience across the full project lifecycle and governance models
* Background in general insurance, life assurance, or financial services highly preferred
* Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
* Relevant certifications (. PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM)
* Agile/SCRUM experience an advantage
