Role Overview
As an Office and Accounts Administrator, you will support a variety of functions including administration, accounts, and reception. This is a full-time permanent role with a passionate and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Accounts Payable department by inputting, processing, and reconciling invoices and payments, allocating payments, and managing transaction reconciliation.
* Managing day-to-day office operations, including managing reception, phones, and emails, setting up and attending board meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing submissions of leave/sick requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable.
* Accounting technician or part ACCA qualified, or similar.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* IT savvy and experience with accounting and Office software.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and trust.
