Our purpose is to nourish the world, while safeguarding our environment for future generations.Role ProfileReporting to the Head of Strategy, Governance & Reporting, this role will act as the Tirlan ESG subject-matter expert for regulatory and non-financial reporting, audit preparation, assurance and ESG regulatory advisoryResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development, implementation and delivery of mandatory ESG reporting and disclosuresDevelop standard operating procedures and systems to track evolving ESG obligations to inform internal approaches for compliance readinessEngage cross-functionally to reduce complexity, compile validated content, and progress reportingManage day-to-day interactions with third-party consultants and auditors, including assurance requests and audit responseCollaborate cross functionally on ESG-related disclosures, taxonomy, risk management, and reporting integrationFoster a pragmatic, results-focused culture, remove complexity and progress reporting even in informal environmentsChampion continuous improvement, including the tracking of ESG best practices and updating internal methods accordinglyPartner with Corporate Affairs to prepare stakeholder-ready ESG disclosuresDrive internal engagement to improve regulatory readiness and sustainability ratingsWork closely with peers to establish robust reporting processes and internal controlsContribute to ESG policy development and integration of ESG into corporate strategiesSupport voluntary ESG reporting in collaboration with the ESG PG&R ManagerRequirements7+ years' experience in ESG reporting, Sustainability or Corporate Financial Disclosures.Bachelors or Masters degree in the area of Sustainability, Finance or relevant area.Strong knowledge of reporting frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS, GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD, CDP, GHG Protocol, CSDDD, EU DR and assurance standards.Understanding of ESG regulation and compliance / assurance required in non-financial reporting.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsClear and effective communicator with the ability to translate and simplify complex information for diverse audiencesDetail-oriented with strong writing and analytical skillsProven project management skills and ability to deliver to deadlinesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong IT proficiencyStrong team player with a growth mindsetWe offerHybrid working (flex Fridays)Free parking incl.
