Job Description
As a technical product manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of contact center capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and delivering enhanced customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of contact center technology, performance metrics, and interoperability between technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the lifecycle of new, existing, or acquisition capabilities in the OmniChannel space
* Reviewing product performance against expectations
* Facilitating changes to the product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal performance
* Working with internal and external business constituents to determine future capability and feature direction
