Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Provide therapy to improve patients' abilities to perform daily activities.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued care.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with CORU as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
* Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
* Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
