Production Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled Production Team Lead to drive the daily performance of our Pen Needle operations.
1. Responsibilities:
2. Coordinate and lead the shift team to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.
3. Champion safety within the cell and promote a positive safety culture.
4. Work as part of a team to ensure optimum flow of units through the production process.
5. Ensure compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and GMP requirements.
6. Identify opportunities to improve work processes and methods.
7. Assist in drawing up and communicating production schedule plans.
8. Monitor hour-by-hour performance and support the team to improve performance.
9. Champion the NOE Quality process within the cell.
10. Review documents in the device history records.
11. Work in conjunction with the Shift Manager and Training Team to develop team cross-skilling capabilities.
12. Liaise with the Quality department as required.
13. Manage raw material inventory and take action to address issues.
14. Support the shift teams in managing work order accuracy.
15. Deputise for the Shift Manager when required.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
* Qualifications:
* Second-level qualification coupled with relevant experience.
* Training in Good Manufacturing Practices.
* Relevant further education (e.g. Supervisory/Production Management or Quality).
* Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Leadership/co-ordination experience in a production operation.
* Skills:
* Lean manufacturing.
* Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
* Personal Qualities:
* The ability to follow tasks through to completion.
* Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures.
* Communication:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Teamwork:
* The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
