Global Supply Chain Finance Lead – CapEx & VCP
Join us as the Global Supply Chain Finance Lead – CapEx & VCP at GE HealthCare Voluson Ultrasound. In this role, you'll shape financial strategy and drive operational success within our Contrast Media and Molecular Imaging divisions of Pharmaceutical Diagnostics. Collaborate with a global team of operational and financial leaders to lead initiatives across CapEx and Variable Cost Productivity. Reporting to the Supply Chain Operational Finance Leader, you'll be a key partner to manufacturing and productivity teams, contributing to growth, profitability, and strategic goals. This position offers global exposure and the opportunity to work with executive leadership, making it an ideal next step in your career.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and partnering with sites for monthly PDx Capex forecast submissions, Long Term Strategy (LTS), Operating Plan, and quarterly reviews.
* Business partnering with site Engineering & Finance Leads to track weekly Capex spend and ensure plan execution.
* Collaborating with site Engineering Leaders on business cases for project spend of $0.5M for Investment Committee meetings.
* Supporting the GEARS system as a key user for PDx.
* Working with Controllership and site teams to develop project spend governance processes.
* Supporting productivity initiatives, including triangulating savings to P&L and managing dashboards.
* Leading monthly productivity reviews for smaller sites and managing the E&T Organization P&L.
* Partnering with E&T leaders to prepare forecasts, LTS, and Operating Plans aligned with strategic priorities.
* Providing insights on performance versus spend and headcount.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related programs; or completion of GEHC's Financial Management Program or equivalent.
* Experience in developing forecasts, operating plans, and leading business/finance reviews.
Desired Skills:
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience across multiple levels and regions.
* Proficiency with financial systems (SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
* Fluency in English, influencing skills, and experience in global/matrixed environments.
* Adaptability, integrity, and knowledge of financial compliance (SOX, GAAP).
* Certification in process improvement methodologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma is preferred.
