MCS Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established SME wholesale distributor based in Dublin, as they seek to appoint a Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of their warehouse function and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to step into a leadership role with real autonomy, where you'll have the chance to make improvements, lead a close-knit team, and contribute directly to the continued success and growth of the business.

* If travelling from Northern Ireland, option for hotel to be paid a night each week.

You will
* Take full ownership of warehouse operations across goods-in, stock control, order fulfilment, and dispatch
* Lead and develop a small warehouse team, ensuring performance, engagement, and efficiency
* Implement and improve operational processes, warehouse layout, and systems
* Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/WMS systems
* Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
* Oversee logistics and work closely with transport providers
* Drive a strong H&S culture and ensure compliance with company policies
