As part of the Customer Experience Team, the Senior Project Specialist will play a crucial role in advancing Allianz's mission to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through strategic initiatives and cutting-edge technologies. About the role The Senior Project Specialist within the Customer Experience Team is responsible for supporting the delivery of customer experience initiatives and implementing complaints and quality frameworks across Health. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives and change management in alignment with Elevate and Iris strategies. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage customer experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery. Customer Experience Initiatives: Support the design and execution of customer experience initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Complaints and Quality Frameworks: Implement and maintain complaints and quality frameworks across Health, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance customer experience. Change Management: Support change management efforts related to customer experience initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement. Develop communication plans and training materials to facilitate change adoption. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. Act as a liaison between the Customer Experience Team and other departments. What you need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of (X) years of experience in project management, customer experience, or a related area. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of complaints and quality frameworks within the Health sector. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Working EU Visa AI Readiness: Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing customer experience, with the ability to lead AI-driven initiatives. Preferred Skills: Experience with Elevate and Iris strategies. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
