We are seeking a highly capable UI Designer with exceptional Figma skills to support the Corporate Solutions Programme. This role is UIfirst, focused on producing high quality screens, prototypes, and visual design assets at pace. While an understanding of UX principles is welcome, this is not a UX heavy role the priority is strong Figma execution, visual consistency, and the ability to translate requirements into polished UI outputs.The successful candidate will work within an existing design system rather than creating a new one. They must be comfortable using predefined components, variants, and patterns to deliver production ready UI designs.Key ResponsibilitiesUI Design & Figma ExecutionCreate high quality UI screens, flows, and prototypes primarily in Figma.Use and extend existing design system components appropriately (no design system creation required).Apply strong visual design judgement to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.Produce clean, structured Figma files that support developer handover.Design Production & CollaborationWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to quickly translate requirements into UI outputs.Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.Ensure all design work aligns with the established design system and programme standards.Prototyping & Interaction DemonstrationBuild clickable, high fidelity prototypes in Figma to support solution walkthroughs and stakeholder engagement.Prepare screens and journeys for usability sessions and demos.Governance & Quality StandardsMaintain clean versioning, naming conventions, and Figma file structures.Follow accessibility and responsive design best practices where applicable.Uphold UI quality across all deliverables.Skills & ExperienceExpert level proficiency in Figma — including components, variants, autolayout, prototyping, and collaboration tools.Strong experience as a UI Designer delivering end to end screen designs.Demonstrable portfolio showcasing polished UI work and Figma expertise.Ability to work within an existing design system and follow established visual patterns.Strong attention to visual detail, layout, and interaction finesse.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience working in Agile delivery teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services, insurance, or pensions is an advantage.Familiarity with accessibility (e.g. WCAG) and responsive design practices.Contract DetailsDuration: 6 monthsLocation: Cherrywood, Dublin 18 (Hybrid working model)
