We offer a variety of public and in-house programs to learners from a broad sector of organisation's.Role Overview: Training Centre AdministratorThe Administrator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day course administration associated with Amber Safety's training programs. As a key member of the team, close collaboration with customers and tutors is required to oversee the administration of training programs from initial inquiry, through to training delivery and learner certification.Role Specifics:● Manage inquiries from client companies and individual learners.● Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective learners.● Provide leadership support to tutors in all aspects of planning and program delivery.● Management of learner registrations with our Customer Relationship Management System(CRM)● Co-ordinate and approve training venues in accordance with training specifications.● Management of training material.● Maintain internal reports and Key Performance Indications (K.P.I.'s).● Work closely with management team on business and course development.Candidate Requirements:● A qualification in business studies, commerce, or a related function is desirable.● A minimum of two years' experience working within a busy office environment.● Experience in a learning/education organisation is a distinct advantage.● Strong customer focus, excellent written and oral communication skills.● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.● Good team player but capable of working on own initiative.● Familiarity with OHS requirements is not essential but would be an advantageTechnical Skills:● Excellent IT skills with the ability to work across multiple IT systems.● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).● Knowledge of working with CRM and QMS systems is a distinct advantage.● Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
