The details for the selected vacancy are shown below.Advert TextWe are currently looking for a GMP Project Lead to join our team in DublinWorking Pattern : Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:00Main duties and responsibilitiesSupport the team on multiple simultaneous projects from inception through completion in accordance with Company objectives.Lead GMP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Ensure all project activities comply with GMP regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Identify and implement best practices to improve GMP processes and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory Affairs, to achieve project objectives.Provide guidance and training to site teams on GMP requirements and project expectations.Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions where needed.Identify potential risks in GMP processes and implement mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.Perform cleaning and sanitisation inspections under contractual compliance and KPI’s/SLA’Managing vendor relationships with a sound understanding of standard practices in project management.Support project delivery, ensuring on time & to budget, meeting the clients quality standardsEnsure safe systems of work are in place for all operations by managing and addressing the Health & Safety requirements of each function.Ensure compliance with all statutory and company proceduresSuggest and implement improvements and innovations in service deliveryEffective sourcing and utilization of materials and subcontractors.Conduct regular site audits from quality control point of viewQualifications and ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in a GMP EnvironmentMinimum 3 years Business management experienceExcellent project management and organizational skillsGeneral business, finance, and operations skillsExperience with BMS and CAFM systems desirable.Excellent customer service and communication skillsFlexible with ability to adapt to changing environmentWe are happy to hear from anyone with skills in any of these areas.Please Fill in your details and upload your CV to applyRef:16038
