Accounts and Payroll Clerk- Lisburn Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-known and very successful manufacturing company based in Lisburn. Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Payroll Clerk to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will support the Head of Finance, the Finance department and the wider company through the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and preparation of fortnightly payroll.Duties include:Processing supplier invoices, matching to goods receipts, seeking approval if necessary and posting to ERP systemUploading posted purchase documentsSupplier statement reconciliationsLiaising with suppliers and purchasing department to resolve invoice queriesProviding information on transaction history to managers as requiredReconciling company credit card transactionsProcessing staff expensesProcessing fortnightly payroll via Sage SoftwareSending weekly timesheets to agenciesPosting payroll journals to ERP systemPreparing holiday and payroll accrualsManaging payments of summary deductions to appropriate authoritiesAny other duties as may reasonably be requiredEssential ExperiencePrevious experience in an account's payable rolePrevious experience of preparing payrollExcellent IT skills (Word, Excel, etc.)Ability to manage own workload and meet strict deadlinesDesirableAccounting Qualification (e.g.: IATI)Previous experience of using Dynamics NAV / 365 and Sage PayrollBenefits:Full-time permanent roleStarting salary of £30,000 per annumMonday- Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9-4pmFlexi-time options to build up hours and leave at 1pm on a Friday26 days annual leave plus statutory holidaysFree Refreshments Cycle To Work Scheme Free ParkingIf you would like to be considered for this position, then please apply via the link provided.
