Hedge Fund Accountant Manager - (Remote - Ireland)

They are seeking a Hedge Fund Accountant Manager - (Remote in Ireland) for their growing team.
You can work fully remote from Ireland.
The Role:
1. Managing client relationships involving interaction with the client
2. Ensuring the fund accounting team operates within a defined control environment
3. Managing and developing client teams
4. Resolving escalated fund accounting enquiries
5. Ensuring timely resolution of aged items on reconciliations
6. Reviewing NAV calculations and developing workflows
7. Reviewing fee calculations and P&L allocations
8. Reviewing performance metrics
9. Managing the audit process and fund financial statements
10. Investigating new product accounting implications
11. Managing client initialization and transition processes
Experience:
* Accounting, Finance, Legal, or Business Degree
* 7+ years’ experience in Hedge Funds
* Strong English communication skills
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently or in a team
* Strong interpersonal skills
